Our delivery times may vary. Once your order has been accepted, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed by our warehouse.

When your package has been shipped and you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow the necessary delivery time. You can find the delivery time relevant to you listed in the table below.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Harvey Ross does not hold any responsibility for orders not being delivered due to the undeliverable address provided at checkout.

If an undeliverable address is provided at checkout, the order might not be delivered to the desired address and all costs will be covered by the buyer. If a customer notices an error in the shipping address after the checkout or after receiving the order confirmation, it is his responsibility to inform Harvey Ross about the change in a window of 2 hours after an order has been placed at contact@harveyrosscosmetics.com

 

Delivery Policy

At Harvey Ross, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely. However, once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility if the package is reported as not received.

If your package shows as Delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

1. Verify the Shipping Address:

Double-check the address you provided during checkout to ensure it is accurate and complete.

2. Check Around Your Property:

Look for the package in safe locations like your porch, mailbox, garage, or behind bushes.

Ask household members, neighbors, or the building’s management if they accepted the package on your behalf.

3. Contact the Carrier:

Reach out to the shipping carrier directly (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, Evri) to confirm delivery details.

Provide your tracking number for more precise assistance.

4. File a Claim with the Carrier:

If the package remains missing, you may file a claim with the carrier. Most carriers offer compensation for lost or undelivered items.

Important Note:
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier. By completing your purchase, you agree to our shipping and delivery terms.
