Article 6 - Legal bases governing the processing of data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Harvey Ross only processes personal data in the following situations: with your consent; when there is a contractual obligation (a contract between Harvey Ross and you); to comply with a legal obligation (under EU or national law).
